1. Product Description
The light guide plate is made of optical grade acrylic, and then uses high-tech materials with extremely high refractive index and no light absorption. Printing technology prints light guide points. The optical-grade acrylic sheet is used to absorb the light emitted from the lamp and stay on the surface of the optical-grade acrylic sheet. When the light hits each light guide point, the reflected light will spread to all angles, and then destroy the reflection conditions and be emitted from the front of the light guide plate. Through various light guide points of different density and size, the light guide plate can be made to emit light uniformly. The purpose of the reflective sheet is to reflect the light exposed on the bottom surface back into the light guide plate to improve the use efficiency of light; under the condition of the same area of luminous brightness, the luminous efficiency is high and the power consumption is low. The single-sided microstructure array light guide plate generally adopts the manufacturing process of extrusion molding.

7.2. Tray package: the total weight of each pallet is about 2 tons, the bottom is wooden pallet or iron pallet, and the surrounding is packed with corrugated paper.
7.3. The packaging method of the whole container: 20-23 tons (about 3000 pieces) 20-foot container, 10-12 pallets.
