 1.  Product Description

      Acrylic fluorescent plates are mainly used in the outer layer of LED panels, and many businesses use acrylic fluorescent plates to make many beautiful handicrafts, and the products themselves have high light transmittance.
     We offer various colored acrylic sheets. Standard tinting colors include white, black, opal, red, green, yellow, ivory, brown, orange, blue and fluorescent acrylic sheet (see our color chain). 3.  How to deal with the cracking of transparent acrylic sheet?
     If it is a crack caused by the poor quality of the transparent acrylic sheet, we can find a piece of leftover material that has been screen-printed before and no cracks appear to judge. Using the same ink system for screen printing, if there is no crack, it means that the quality of the sheet is not good. It may also be that there is too much moisture in the sheet. You can try baking the acrylic sheet at a temperature of 60 degrees for 30 minutes and then screen printing, which may be resolved.
      If cracks still appear, the ink may be the cause. Under normal circumstances, this phenomenon does not occur on casting boards, but it may occur with toner-based inks such as silk screen mirror oil or gold oil. In principle, fire throwing cannot be used for silk screen printing plates. After fire throwing, solvent-based chemicals are used for the plates. Wiping may crack; if the thick plate has high cracking cost and large scrap loss, you can try to use an industrial air duct to lightly blow the plate surface to repair, and strictly follow the operation process to avoid the phenomenon of screen printing cracking of the pouring plate.
       Acrylic screen printing is the abbreviation of screen printing. Silk screen is a kind of printing plate made of silk fabric synthetic fiber fabric or metal wire mesh stretched on the screen frame by hand-carved paint film or photochemical plate making. In the process of screen printing, the problem of cracking of the acrylic board is often encountered. 7.1. One piece of acrylic sheet package: double-sided covered with kraft paper or PE film, the cover film does not have any LOGO of our company.

7.2. Tray package: the total weight of each pallet is about 2 tons, the bottom is wooden pallet or iron pallet, and the surrounding is packed with corrugated paper.

7.3. The packaging method of the whole container: 20-23 tons (about 3000 pieces) 20-foot container, 10-12 pallets.
