1.   Acrylic light guide plate function

     The function of the light guide plate is to guide the scattering direction of light, which is used to improve the brightness of the panel and ensure the uniformity of the panel brightness. The quality of the light guide plate has a great influence on the backlight plate. Design and production is one of the key technologies. The light guide plate is made by pressing acrylic into a plate with a smooth surface by means of injection molding, and then using a material with high reflection and no light absorption, the bottom surface of the light guide plate is screen-printed with diffusion points, CCFL or LED light-bar. Located on the side of the light guide plate, the light it emits is guided into the inside of the light guide plate by reflection. When the light hits the diffusion point, the reflected light will spread to all angles, and then will destroy the reflection conditions and be emitted from the front of the light guide plate. The light guide plate can emit light uniformly by using various diffusion points of different density and size. The purpose of the reflecting plate is to reflect the light exposed on the bottom surface back into the light guide plate to improve the use efficiency of light.

     The light guide plate can be divided into printing type and non-printing type (injection molding) according to different technological processes. The printing type is a material with high reflectivity and no light absorption on the acrylic plate, and screen printing is used on the bottom surface of the light guide plate. The non-printing type uses a precision mold to make the light guide plate during injection molding, adding a small amount of granular material with different refractive indices into the acrylic material to directly form dense tiny bumps, which act like dots. The printing method is not as effective as the non-printing method. The non-printing method has excellent effect, small number of users, high speed and high efficiency, but the technical threshold is very high, and it is necessary to master precision injection molding, precision mold, optics and other technologies to master it. At present, most domestic manufacturers still use printed light guide plates as light guide components. Printed light guide plates have the advantages of low development cost and rapid production, while non-printed light guide plates are technically difficult but have excellent performance in terms of brightness. Mold development Technology is the bottleneck. In addition, it can be divided into flat and wedge-shaped boards according to shape. Flat-panel boards are mostly used in monitors and TVs, and wedge-shaped boards are mostly used in notebooks. As for the diffuser and its main purpose, it is to improve the brightness of the front. The function of the diffuser is to make the light distribution more uniform so that the shadow of the reflection point cannot be seen from the front. After the light is emitted from the diffuser plate, the directivity of the light is very poor, and the prism sheet must be used to correct the direction of the light to achieve the effect of concentrating light and improve the brightness of the front.

5.1. One piece of acrylic sheet package: double-sided covered with kraft paper or PE film, the cover film does not have any LOGO of our company.

5.2. Tray package: the total weight of each pallet is about 2 tons, the bottom is wooden pallet or iron pallet, and the surrounding is packed with corrugated paper.

5.3. The packaging method of the whole container: 20-23 tons (about 3000 pieces) 20-foot container, 10-12 pallets.
