4. Matters needing attention in the construction of PC solar panels
1. The discussion of the two plates needs to reserve sufficient elastic space according to the rotation of the local temperature difference. In the case of PVC gussets, the gap severity is more than 50% of the screw diameter.
2. Please use special sealant, other types of sealants may corrode the plate, making the plate brittle and easy to crack. The PVC seal will corrode the board. When installing the solar panel, it is necessary to select the sealant paste and gasket suitable for polycarbonate plastic, and it is strictly forbidden to use the PVC seal and gasket. It is forbidden to touch alkaline substances and aggressive organic solvents in the board, such as alkalis, amines, ketones, aldehydes, ethers, halogenated hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, formaldehyde-based propanol, etc.
3. During the construction process, the screws on the board should be suppressed directly, and the screw holes should be touched first, and then the screws should be installed. If the plate needs to be straight and curved, the straight and curved force should be suppressed on the screw.
4. The solar panel can be roughly straight and curved means that it can be roughly straight and smooth in an arc shape, not roughly straight into any middle shape.
