     The difference between frosted acrylic sheet and glossy acrylic sheet

     Acrylic/acrylic (plexiglass) sheets are generally divided into acrylic light panels and acrylic frosted sheets in terms of material surface treatment. The materials are the same, but the surface effects of the sheets are different.
Acrylic light panel naturally refers to a very bright, smooth plane effect. High transparency, high brightness, and no bubbles are the basic quality requirements of glossy acrylic. No matter how thin or thick the material is, it can achieve such quality requirements. The terminal display will use a very thick glossy acrylic material.

     Matte acrylic, also known as frosted acrylic sheet, compared with glossy acrylic, as the name suggests, the surface of the product has a frosted effect, and the surface is opaque in terms of material. The advantage of matte acrylic is that when the acrylic material is handled by hand, it is not easy to leave finger marks on the surface of the material, which ensures the cleanliness of the product surface during use. And when the material is displayed and placed in the strong light environment of shopping malls, exhibition halls and counters, due to the frosted effect of the material surface, even if it is irradiated in a strong light environment, it will not cause reflection on the surface of the material, so that customers can still clearly see it at any angle.      Whether it is a glossy plexiglass sheet or a matte plexiglass sheet, it is used by many well-known fashion brands on the terminal display racks in shopping malls, and even some plexiglass display racks use both materials at the same time.

       Acrylic sheet is mainly used for carving, decoration, handicraft manufacturing, extrusion type is usually used for advertising signs, light boxes and other manufacturing. PMMA has the advantages of light weight, low price and easy molding. Its molding methods include casting, injection molding, machining, thermoforming, etc. In particular, injection molding can be produced in large quantities, with simple process and low cost. 7.1. One piece of acrylic sheet package: double-sided covered with kraft paper or PE film, the cover film does not have any LOGO of our company.
7.2. Tray package: the total weight of each pallet is about 2 tons, the bottom is wooden pallet or iron pallet, and the surrounding is packed with corrugated paper.
7.3. The packaging method of the whole container: 20-23 tons (about 3000 pieces) 20-foot container, 10-12 pallets.
